Mohammad Al Zaibak

Mohammad has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the technology field. He has been a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of technology-based companies including Canadian Development and Marketing Corporation (CDM), CDM Information Inc. and HelpCaster Technologies Inc., and he was the principal private-sector architect and co-founder of Teranet Inc. Mohammad Al Zaibak has served on the Boards of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Teramira Holdings Inc. and Teranet Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews (CCCJ), a Founding Luminary and a member of the Board of Directors of Luminato, a Cabinet Member of Trinity College’s Endowment Campaign, and a member of the Advisory Council of the Mosaic Institute.

Mohammad is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business Administration (OPM XII) and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), and holds a B.Sc. Engineering degree in Telecommunications and Electro-Physics from Alexandria University. 

Chief Operating Officer
Ted Madden

Ted brings 30+ years of leadership experience to the team with invaluable track record of driving profitable growth in technology companies.  Prior to joining Customer1, Madden was COO of IntelliResponse and he previously held several senior leadership roles, including President of Lavalife (formerly Interactive Media) and President of Pitney Bowes Canada.  In addition to consulting with numerous early stage technology firms, Ted is also a board member and Past-Chair of the York Technology Association. He graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University in the Honors Business Administration program. 

VP Sales and Marketing
Ryan Poissant

Ryan brings over a decade of experience with technology-focussed organizations to his role in driving Customer1's global sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Customer1, Ryan worked as a consultant helping clients in the areas of strategy, marketing, sales, and revenue growth. Previously, he established the Canadian operations for eStara, a SaaS-based Customer Interaction Management (CIM) provider, growing their customer base and country revenue. Ryan’s experience includes co-founding and leading Cobblestone Value Chain Management, a marketing technologies start-up; guiding Matthew Scott Data Marketing, a marketing services provider, through a period of rapid growth while developing a new technology platform; and, channel marketing management at Amex Bank of Canada. He is a board member of the Framework Foundation, a national non-profit that promotes volunteerism and community involvement through its Timeraiser and Civic Footprint programs. Ryan is graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.   

VP Operations and Product Management
Daniel Lazaratos

Dan has been a valued member of the Customer1 team since 2006.  He has a proven track record spanning over fifteen years, and a history of delivering top client service and complex business solutions on time and on budget. Prior to joining Customer1, he held positions in multiple capacities at a senior management level with organizations both national and international in focus.   A natural leader, he excels in the area of team building and motivation.  His practical experience and hands-on style in the domains of management, sales, engineering, quality control, product development and marketing are an asset to this organization.  Dan is a board member of both ITAP (Information and Technology Association of PEI) and ITSC (Information Technology Sector Council) and is part of the executive committee for both in the role of 2nd Vice President.   He graduated from McGill University and holds a B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
